Pumpkin Spice Pudding Shots

Do I really need to say anything? The name says it all!  Alright, real quick…I found an actual recipe for this but I could not find the main ingredient.  So, I improvised and came up with my own concoction making some changes and additions.  Let me tell you, these were a hit with the group I sampled them on. Seriously- YUM!  Forget the pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving…these fancy (adult) shooters, are sure to be a hit!  Enjoy…and please, drink responsibly!


1 sm pkg vanilla instant pudding

1tbs pumpkin pie spice

3/4c milk (I used skim)

1/2c Rum Chata

1/2c Pumpkin Pie Cream Liquour (I used Falton’s Harvest)

8oz tub whipped cream (I used lite)

Mix together all ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last.  Spoon into small containers (with lids) and chill a minimum of 2hrs before serving.

    Thanks for this. I saw a similar recipe that called for Pumpkin Spice Instant pudding, which I couldn’t find. Now I’ll have this for our next Bingo Bus Casino trip next year.

      You’re welcome, Sharon. I too found that recipe and searched all over for it. I knew vanilla would work but I needed the pumpkin flavor. I almost tried a pumpkin puree then I hit the jackpot with the pumpkin liqueur. I modified the recipe accordingly and added the tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice. These were to die for!
